Hi, I’m Saiphin

My love for baking started from when I was young, born from a passion for food and the joy it brings when shared. There’s something special about watching someone smile as they enjoy something you’ve made. That is what that continues to inspire me every day.

How Blossom Bouqcakes Began

Over time, I discovered floral piping which I quickly fell in love with. Turning cupcakes and cakes into blooming flowers became my signature, and I started Blossom Bouqcakes from my home in North London.

A couple years later I packed up and moved to Pai, Thailand where I continue to run my business.

What I Create

At Blossom Bouqcakes, every cupcake and cake is made with care, flavour, and a touch of artistry. I strive for realistic floral designs that turn desserts into edible works of art which are perfect for birthdays, weddings, or simply to brighten someone’s day.

My Philosophy

I believe that a beautiful cake should taste just as amazing as it looks. That’s why I pour heart, creativity, and quality ingredients into every order.
