Terms and conditions

All orders are subject to the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Payment

1.1. Payment must be received in full before an order will be confirmed.

1.2. Payment must be made on the payment link provided at the time of order.

1.3. Payment must be received within 12 hours of a payment link being provided or your collection date and time cannot be guaranteed. 

1.4. Blossom Bouqcakes must be informed of any discount codes at the time of order. These cannot be applied after payment and must be within their period of validity.

 

2. Collection

2.1. A collection date and time will be agreed prior to payment.

2.2. Orders must be collected within a 30 minute window of the appointed time.

2.3. Changes to collection date and time are at the discretion of Blossom Bouqcakes and may not always be possible.

2.4. If you attempt to collect an order outside of an agreed collection time Blossom Bouqcakes does not guarantee that collection will be possible.

2.5. Once an order has been collected Blossom Bouqcakes is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the products.

 

3. Cancellation

3.1. If an order is not collected within 24 hours of the scheduled collection date and time it will be cancelled and no refund will be given.

3.2. If an order is cancelled at your request 7 full days prior to your scheduled collection date then a 75% refund will be provided.

3.3. If an order is cancelled at your request with less than 7 full days notice prior to your scheduled collection date then no refund will be provided.

3.4. If an order is cancelled by Blossom Bouqcakes for any reason a full refund will be provided.

3.5. Blossom Bouqcakes is not liable for delays, cancellations, or failures to fulfill orders due to events outside your control, such as natural disasters or supply chain disruptions.

 

4. Appearance

4.1. Slight color or design variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our floral cupcakes.

4.2. Changes to the colour or design of a confirmed order are at the discretion of Blossom Bouqcakes and may not always be possible.

 

5. Allergies and dietary requirements

5.1. It is your responsibility to inform Blossom Bouqcakes of any allergies or dietary requirements before placing an order.

5.2. Full allergen information is available on our site and can be provided at the time of order.

 

6. Consumption

6.1. Blossom Bouqcakes will not take responsibility for products consumed past their recommended timeframe or stored in an unsuitable manner.

6.2. It is your responsibility to remove any non-edible decorative items from our cakes before consumption.
