How to order

Ordering

To place an order, please visit the contact page for details on how to reach me. Once we’ve agreed on the order details and collection time, I will provide an invoice with the necessary payment information.

For floral arrangements, please allow at least 7 days’ notice to ensure I have ample time to create something truly special. However, I understand that life happens, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.

Please note that your order is only confirmed once payment has been received in full.

Allergens

All of my products contain the following allergens: cereals containing gluten, eggs, and milk.

They may also contain traces of soya.

Nuts are frequently used in our kitchen however not all of our cakes contain them.

The food colouring in cupcakes may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

A full list of ingredients for a product can be provided on request.

Collection

All orders must be collected at the agreed time to ensure a smooth and timely process. Changes to the collection time can only be made by prior agreement. The collection location is listed on the contact page for your convenience.

Post collection

All products are made fresh for collection.

  • Brownies and Cookies: To maintain freshness, store them in an airtight container and enjoy within 3-5 days.
  • Cupcakes: Best consumed within 3 days for optimal taste and quality.

Full cupcake care instructions will be provided upon collection to help you enjoy your treats at their very best.
